What are Credits?
Every plan gives you Credits — 1 credit redeems 1 complete meal, delivered free. Book a meal whenever you want using a credit, with no per-order commitment. A great way to try the service risk-free.
What is Credit Validity?
Credits must be used within your plan's validity window. If credits are left unused when validity expires, they're paused — you can't book with them until you buy a new plan. Once you do, the unused credits are added on top of your new plan's credits, and validity restarts from your renewal date.

Cancel orders 3+ hours before delivery for instant credit refund.
🧮 Example: You buy 5 Credits (10-day validity) but only use 3 before they expire. Your 2 leftover credits are paused. When you buy the 5-Credit plan again, those 2 credits are added back — giving you 5 + 2 = 7 Credits, with a fresh 10-day validity starting from today.
